qualified PR = $1000 career sales
1-2 qual PR: $25
3-5: $50
6-8: $75
9-13: $100
14: $250

Social Media Positions
$15 per hour
Assistant Manager in Training Pay (note: assistant managers do not receive base pay)
1/4% (0.25 %) of Office New Business Sales in withholdings.
New Business = sales from reps under $30k in Career Sales
Assistant Manager Pay (note: assistant managers do not receive base pay)
1/2% (0.5 %) of Office New Business Sales in withholdings.
New Business = sales from reps under $30k in Career Sales
Sales Manager Pay (note: sales managers do not receive base pay)
3% of Office New Business Sales (at least 0.5% in withholdings).
