Development Focuses
Your development focuses are how I want you to spend the extra time in your shift. Obviously, collaborate with each other to make sure everything on the to-do list gets done. However, someone with a personal coaching focus might spend more time listening to rep recordings, whereas someone with an interviewing focus might spend more time running posts and observing interviews.
